The situation

What we did
- Job list and asset notes that work in a basement or a plant with no Wi-Fi.

- Customer sign-off on device; sync when the van hits coverage.
- Office view of open vs closed jobs without calling the lead tech.
What changed
Jobs close in the field. The office stops retyping paper. Claims have a photo and a time, not a story.
